To return a computer you purchased from us. we require you to submit a request form. This form allows us to have the necessary details to notify the shipping agency to return our package to us. Once the package is in our possession, we will inspect it to ensure the form was filled out accurately and a refund will be issued depending on the situation. These actions are to protect HCPC as a Limited Liability Company.
